Keller Williams Lehigh Valley is looking for a Recruiting Director to help us attract, recruit, and develop talented real estate agents.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced real estate professional who enjoys building relationships, recruiting people, and helping others grow. You’ll work closely with leadership to grow the Market Center and build a strong team of agents.

Compensation

$100,000 - $120,000+ On-Target Earnings
Base salary + bonus

• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Bonus opportunities after 60 days

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential agents

• Reach out to and connect with real estate professionals in the local market

• Conduct recruiting calls, meetings, and interviews

• Explain the value and opportunities available at Keller Williams

• Follow up with prospective agents throughout the recruiting process

• Develop relationships with current and future agents

• Help new agents get connected with training, tools, and resources

• Support agent development, productivity, and retention

• Work with leadership on recruiting and growth goals

• Track recruiting activity and results

• Stay informed about the local real estate market and competition

• Participate in team meetings, training, and Market Center events

The right person is a confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven leader who knows how to connect with people and get results.

You should have:

• 2–3+ years of sales experience in real estate or related industries

• A proven record of success in real estate

• Experience with recruiting, sales, leadership, or business development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence starting conversations and building new relationships

• A strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• The ability to set goals and follow through

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• An understanding of residential real estate

• The ability to understand basic business financials and P&Ls

• A positive, growth-minded attitude

Keller Williams experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn our systems and bring strong recruiting and leadership skills to the role.
