Recruiter / Growth Partner – Top Producer Wanted!

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruiting lifecycle: from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Proactively build pipelines of top talent using cold outbound, referral networks, and strategic campaigns
  • Interview, evaluate, and close high-caliber candidates with confidence
  • Handle all stages of the recruiting lifecycle from set appointment through Start Date
  • Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring goals
  • Track daily activity in our CRM, provide weekly KPI reports, and meet/exceed quotas
  • Represent our brand in a way that excites and converts prospects into team members

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SALES experience (corporate recruiting experience NOT required)
  • Strong cold sourcing/outbound prospecting chops — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Clear record of hitting or exceeding recruiting quotas and KPIs
  • Strong sales background and closing ability — you're a recruiter AND a closer
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — no candidate or lead slips through the cracks
  • Proficient in CRM and lead management
  • Must be willing to work in the office with a dynamic and driven team
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where results matter

Compensation

$95,000 - $120,000/year
