The Records Clerk undertakes the crucial role of obtaining and organizing missing documents--such as medical records, bills, and provider reports- for client cases. Ensuring we have everything we need for client cases helps us complete cases for clients more efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. They will also be expected to have the ability to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Obtain any missing medical records, medical bills, and provider reports that are requested by the legal team for clients
Use Artctrieval, provider portals, phone calls, faxes, emails, and other similar means to obtain missing records assigned to your task list
Place obtained records in our case management system, Filevine, in the correct case, and document your work for the legal team
Keep the legal team up to date on the progress of obtaining missing records for various cases

Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
Able to work independently or as a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with various forms programs, applications, and office equipment (phones, printers, faxes, scanners)
At least a High School Diploma or GED
One year of experience in an office environment
Compensation
$17 - $19 hourly
