We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Our Receptionist’s duties include answering phones, responding to general inquiries, scheduling property showings, replying to office emails, redirecting phone calls and correspondence if needed, and offering general administrative support. Multitasking with a smile and stress management skills are essential for this position. Applicants should be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
What we are looking for:
This is a full-time, in-office position in Downey, CA 90242. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Family-owned real estate business operating in Downey since 2000. Specialties include niche residential transactions like foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, probates, trust sales, bankruptcy sales, mixed-use properties, and property management.
