We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Remote Receptionist to join our team. This role requires an excellent multitasker who is a great listener, welcoming, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. If this sounds like you, apply today!


Working Hours - 9 am - 6 pm EST


Compensation - $700 Probation $900 Thereafter


This position is remote in South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, messages, and correspondence
  • Greet clients virtually and ensure a positive client experience
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and CRM systems
  • Assist with client intake and collect required information
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute documents as needed
  • Assist with administrative projects and general office support
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
