This is a work from home position.

As a Virtual Receptionist at our law firm, you will obtain entry-level legal field experience while learning to provide clients and potential clients with the empathy that enduring one of the most difficult situations of their lives requires. Prior Call Center experience is a plus.

Minimum Equipment Requirements:

• A laptop/desktop computer

• You will need a wired connection to your wi-fi router or cable modem (no wireless connections) and a high-quality wired headset with a microphone

• Wired or wireless keyboard

• Wired or wireless external mouse

• You must have a reliable, hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload speeds.
