Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

You're the Person Who Makes Sure Things Get Done.

You're the one who remembers the detail everyone else forgot. When someone says they'll handle something, you're the person who actually follows up to make sure it happened.

You don't like loose ends. You don't need someone reminding you about deadlines. And when something is your responsibility, you take genuine pride in seeing it through.

If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

Fair Share Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment company operating in one of the most complex corners of the industry. We acquire inherited properties, fractional ownership interests, and real estate tied up in complicated probate and title situations.

We're not a traditional wholesaling or house-flipping company.

At any given time, we're managing 35–50 active probates, multiple quiet title actions, litigation matters, partition proceedings, and dozens of moving pieces across our transactions.

There's a lot happening, and we need someone exceptional at helping keep track of it all.

We're looking for the person who can take a hundred moving pieces and make sure none of them get lost.

You'll work directly with ownership and our acquisitions team to keep legal proceedings and transactions moving forward. You'll follow up with attorneys, coordinate frequent notary signings, manage property-related vendors, handle administrative responsibilities, and stay on top of the countless small details that make our business run.

Some days that means tracking down an update on a probate case that's been sitting for weeks. Other days it's coordinating five notaries, getting utilities turned on at a newly acquired property, or making sure a contractor actually finished the job.

No two days will look exactly the same, and that's part of what makes this position interesting.

We're not looking for someone who needs a perfectly defined checklist before taking action. We want someone who sees what needs to happen, figures out how to make it happen, and follows through until it's done.

Someone who is naturally organized, moves with urgency, asks great questions, and is comfortable juggling competing priorities.

Someone who gets genuine satisfaction from crossing things off their list, solving problems, and being the person the entire team knows they can count on.

The Team

We've completed more than 200 transactions and are currently generating 7–10 new deals every month with a very lean, high-performing team.

We're an extremely collaborative group. We communicate daily, work through challenges together, share ideas, and constantly support one another in getting deals across the finish line.

You won't be left on an island to figure everything out yourself. You'll work directly with ownership, acquisitions, research, and our legal partners, with everyone contributing their expertise to move things forward.

We value people who take initiative and own their responsibilities, but also know when to ask questions, bring others into a conversation, and work together to find the best solution.

We want someone who takes their own responsibilities personally and cares just as much about the success of the people around them.

Compensation & Opportunity

We believe the people who help make our deals happen should share in the success they create.

This role offers a $4,000 monthly base plus 1% of the profits on closed deals.

Unlike traditional administrative positions with fixed compensation, your earnings are directly connected to the success of the business.

As our transaction volume grows and more deals make it across the finish line, so does your opportunity to earn.

And because we specialize in complex, high-value real estate acquisitions, our average transactions generate substantially larger profits than traditional real estate investment deals.

We want someone who sees the bigger picture. Someone who understands that staying on top of a probate case, coordinating a last-minute signing, or resolving a small issue before it becomes a major problem can make a meaningful difference in whether a transaction closes.

Your work matters, and we want your compensation to reflect that.

This isn't a position where your work disappears into a large organization. You'll be closely involved in the day-to-day business, have meaningful responsibility, and see the impact of your efforts every day.

We're looking for someone who wants that level of involvement. Someone who enjoys being challenged, takes pride in doing things exceptionally well, and wants to become an indispensable part of a growing company.

If you're the person everyone already counts on to make sure things get done, and you love being part of a team that works hard and wins together, we'd love to have you on ours.

  • Resourceful and Collaborative: Comfortable solving unfamiliar problems independently while working closely with ownership, attorneys, and the acquisitions team to move transactions forward.
