Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Posted 3 days ago

We are looking for an experienced, Colorado-licensed real estate professional to join our team as a Part-Time Transaction Coordinator (TC).

This role is ideal for a licensed Colorado agent who has personally handled real estate transactions in Colorado and understands the contract-to-close process from firsthand experience.

We need someone who can do more than follow a checklist. You should be able to work independently, think critically, anticipate what needs to happen next, identify missing information or potential issues, and keep transactions moving without needing constant direction.

The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as transaction volume and responsibilities increase.

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told every single next step.

You notice when something is missing. You understand which deadlines matter. You follow up before something becomes a problem. When an unusual situation comes up, you investigate it, communicate clearly, and help determine the best path forward.

You understand that excellent transaction coordination isn't just administrative work—it's making sure nothing falls through the cracks while keeping everyone involved informed and moving toward closing.

Compensation & Growth

$400 per successfully closed transaction.

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our transaction volume and the position grow.

In your cover letter, please include:

  • Your experience handling Colorado real estate transactions

  • Approximately how many transactions you have personally handled or coordinated

  • Your current availability

We're looking to hire quickly and would love to hear from experienced Colorado real estate professionals who enjoy the operational side of getting transactions successfully to the closing table
