The Distad Team is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to build brand presence, drive increased engagement, manage campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience generating & tracking social media presence & inbound leads, gaining followers, managing posts, and optimizing AEO. Additionally, experience in designing and creating print & online marketing campaigns for our team's listings, new construction projects, events, etc., would be ideal.

This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, highlight our current, future, and past sales volume in creative ways, and oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising.

We are looking for approx 10-20 hrs per week, given the team's current workload and need. This position can be done from home, but will require one in-person meeting per week at our St. Paul office. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, in which we will encourage their creativity and experience to guide our marketing and social media projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in managing social media platforms with a focus on engagement and growth.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and in print.
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Strong skills in graphic design and content creation for diverse marketing materials.
• Experience in maintaining and updating websites, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Ability to organize and promote events, enhancing community engagement and brand visibility.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure brand messages are clear, concise, and consistent across all channels.
• Team player, willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple needs.
