You'll need an active CA Real Estate License to succeed in this role. We value punctuality, fast communication, and a commitment to excellence. This position offers a flexible schedule, with compensation typically ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
• Collaborate closely with the lead agent to understand client needs and tailor showings accordingly.
• Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
• Gather and relay client feedback to the team, helping refine our approach and service.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule showings, optimizing time and resources efficiently.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property details to provide clients with accurate information during showings.

Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• Reliable transportation for showings throughout San Diego County
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving team text environment with quick response expectations
• Professional, warm, and client-focused in every interaction
• Ability to manage your own schedule around buyer needs
• DISC profile submission preferred — include with your application if you have one
