Showing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful career as a Showing Agent while earning rewarding commissions. Who you work with matters, and this opportunity provides coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience that helps agents develop through consistent client interaction and field experience.

You will learn by assisting with buyer showings, communicating with active clients, and participating throughout the home search process. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will see how buyers are guided through each stage of the process while learning to build relationships, understand client needs, and stay organized.

As you continue gaining experience, you will strengthen your communication skills, learn how to conduct effective property tours, improve your follow-up, and build a better understanding of the local real estate market. Every showing provides another opportunity to develop confidence and gain practical experience working with buyers.

Responsibilities

Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved

Qualifications

Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Present yourself in a professional manner
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Compensation

$150,000/year
