Showing Agent Role

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain valuable buyer experience, spend more time in the field, and develop a productive real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. Who you work with matters, and this opportunity provides access to coaching, mentorship, and practical experience designed to help you grow through direct client interaction.

You will work with active buyers by coordinating property tours, showing homes, discussing their preferences, and helping them evaluate available options. Each client interaction gives you an opportunity to improve your conversations, better understand buyer motivation, and develop the relationship skills needed to create a professional home search experience.

As you gain experience, you will become more confident conducting property tours, answering client questions, maintaining consistent follow-up, and navigating different neighborhoods and market conditions. You will also gain exposure to the steps that take place after a buyer identifies the right property, giving you a broader understanding of the purchase process.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn how successful agents stay organized, communicate with clients, manage opportunities, and build relationships that can lead to repeat and referral business. Responsibilities

Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved

Qualifications

A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
Can spend a large amount of time driving

Compensation

$150,000+ at plan earnings
