Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
- Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential buyers.
- Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and feedback to help refine our approach and improve service.
- Work closely with mentors and team members to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in real estate practices.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with clients, leading to successful transactions.
- Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to local trends.
- Ability to manage multiple showings and client interactions simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and real estate software to schedule showings, manage listings, and track client interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and maximize opportunities for showings.
Compensation
$122,500 - $196,500/year
