Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate showings efficiently, maximizing your time and impact.
- Provide insightful feedback to clients after each showing, helping them refine their preferences and make informed choices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market to offer clients valuable insights and advice.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Utilize our systems and tools to track client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless follow-up and support.
- Work closely with mentors and team members to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in real estate practices.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the buying process.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and maximize efficiency.
- Strong understanding of the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood real estate market, with the ability to offer clients valuable insights.
- Proficiency in using real estate systems and tools to track client interactions and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Ability to provide insightful feedback to clients, helping them refine their preferences and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, actively seeking mentorship and opportunities to enhance real estate knowledge.
Compensation
$115,000 - $225,000/year
