Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, addressing questions and providing insights on properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets to offer valuable information to clients.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, building trust and rapport.
  • Utilize our systems and tools to track client interactions and follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License (or open to obtaining one through guidance).
  • Track record of meeting goals in a sales or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM accuracy.
  • Confident communicator via phone and text.
  • Reliable vehicle and an active driver’s license.
  • Earning potential is commission-based, with upside income potential.
