We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to spend more time working directly with buyers, showing properties, and gaining valuable field experience while earning rewarding commissions. This hybrid opportunity combines buyer showings, open houses, client communication, and team support while giving you the opportunity to continue developing your overall real estate business.
You will work with active buyers by coordinating property tours, showing homes, hosting open houses, and helping clients identify properties that match their goals. Working alongside experienced agents provides hands-on exposure to buyer needs, property selection, client communication, and the activities that move buyers toward making an offer.
The hybrid structure also gives you opportunities to develop beyond showings. Through coaching and practical experience, you will strengthen your buyer consultations, follow-up, relationship building, negotiations, contracts, and transaction knowledge while learning how to turn client interactions into repeat and referral business.

- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Compensation
$150,000 at plan commissions
