We're looking for people who are either:
Currently enrolled in a Florida real estate pre-licensing course, or
Already licensed and ready to take their business to the next level
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
If not licensed yet, actively working on pre-licensing course
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Technology driven
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Great communication and social skills
Compensation
$47,186 - $140,000 yearly
