What You’ll Do

• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through the transaction

• Follow proven lead follow-up and sales systems to build and manage your pipeline

• Manage real estate transactions from consultation through closing

• Host monthly open houses and engage with prospective clients

• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Use CRM and calendar technology to manage leads, follow-up, and daily activities

• Participate in our Sales Training Academy, coaching, and weekly team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing a real estate license

• Full-time commitment to building your real estate career and serving clients

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent time management

• Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous growth

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most
