You will gain practical experience guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process while learning how to deliver the elevated level of service expected in the luxury market. Through property tours, buyer consultations, listing presentations, and client interactions, you will strengthen your communication, improve your understanding of property values, and become more confident representing clients with different real estate goals.

An important part of your growth will involve developing new business through prospecting, database management, networking, and consistent client follow-up. You will learn how to identify opportunities, establish relationships with prospective luxury buyers and sellers, and build a network that supports future transactions, repeat clients, and referrals.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to luxury property marketing, listing strategies, purchase agreements, negotiations, and transaction management. Ongoing coaching and accountability will help you refine your sales approach, strengthen your market knowledge, and establish productive habits that support consistent business development.
