What you’ll do:

• Coordinate appointments, showings, and walkthroughs.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and team members.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity using the team's CRM.
• Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks.

What you bring (must-haves):

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred.

• Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms.
