You’ll help keep appointments, client information, follow-ups, and daily sales activities organized so our agents can stay focused on what they do best—serving clients and closing business.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate appointments, showings, and walkthroughs.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and team members.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity using the team's CRM
• Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks

What you bring (must-haves):

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms

• Smooth closings, reduced errors/delays, positive agent feedback
