Prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities to secure new appointments
Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into appointments
Research & keep up with our local market and trends
Hold Appointments
Present and negotiate all offers
Weekly Client Update Meetings
Coordinate with home inspectors, agents, and vendors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Compensation
$75,000+ at plan commission
