Attend networking events and participate in open houses to market yourself and increase your sales
Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome
Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (Don't have one? No problem, we teach in the house!)
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Great communication and social skills
- Tech savvy
Compensation
$100,000 at plan earnings
