• Follow up with inbound leads via CRM, scripts, and scheduled outreach

• Prepare and present competitive offers on behalf of buyers

• Negotiate terms, attend inspections, and support throughout the process

• Stay current on local inventory and market conditions

• Collaborate with teammates and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
