Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative home tours, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of each property.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and update property listings accurately.
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote available properties.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Support clients through the home-buying process, offering guidance and resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in person and through digital channels.
- Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate client records.

Compensation
$20 - $30/hour
