Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings efficiently, maximizing your time and client satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, sharing insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring clients understand every step of the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
- Leverage our systems and tools to track client interactions and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or a related field, with a strong understanding of the home-buying process.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Familiarity with the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Glendale real estate market, staying informed on trends and opportunities.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple showings and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Experience using real estate systems and tools to track client interactions and follow-ups.
- Ability to present offers clearly, ensuring clients understand every step of the process and feel confident in their decisions.
Compensation
$152,000 - $225,000/year
