Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. - Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals
- Consistently follow up and stay top of mind with clients using our proven systems
- Deliver 5-star service that turns first-time clients into lifelong fans and referrers
- Host dynamic open houses and convert hot leads (we give them to you!)
- Keep your calendar booked with ready-to-go appointments using our CRM
- Plug into ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to sharpen your edge
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success
- Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow
- Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with unstoppable energy
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
