Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities
  • Diligent Lead Follow-Up: Maximize sales opportunities by diligently following up with leads
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Understand clients' needs to generate more sales opportunities
  • Expert Buyer Seller Consultations: Match clients with their dream homes through insightful consultations
  • Showcase Listings: Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings
  • Seamless Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions for a smooth and quick experience for all parties
  • Expand the Business: Leverage your expertise to attract new clients and grow our business
  • Local Market Expert: Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions, ready to answer any client queries
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications

  • A Real Estate License (Mandatory): A valid Real Estate License is required; we can help you obtain one if needed.
