We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who are passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in our new Jax Beach office just steps from the beach!

- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Must be a High School Graduate and at least 18 years old to be able to get your Real Estate License!
- Must be tech-savvy!
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Compensation
$80,000 - $138,500 yearly
