On Point Realty is well established and has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. With this commission-based position, You'll have the bonus of having a work family. Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Utilize our proven systems to manage and convert leads into successful sales, maximizing your earning potential.
Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers.
Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and personalized service.
Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Stay informed about local market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities for the future.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
