Responsibilities
  • Engage and follow up with warm, pre-qualified leads to build relationships and convert sales from both online leads, open houses, and community events
  • Conduct home showings and guide buyers through every step of the purchase process
  • Negotiate contracts with confidence to ensure the best outcomes for your clients
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership for support, training, and shared success
  • Maintain organized, timely communication with clients, lenders, and vendors
  • Leverage in-house tools, systems, and marketing to stay focused on income-producing activities
  • Participate in weekly coaching and skill development to continuously grow your business
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License in Washington or Oregon (or currently in the process)
  • Previous sales experience in real estate or a similar field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed—no hand-holding, just real support
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, MLS, and mobile apps
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends as needed
