The McGuire Team is a close-knit, established team based in Laguna Niguel, serving the coastal and luxury markets of South Orange County. We are intentional about who we have on our team, and we are currently looking for one experienced agent to join us.

We are not building a pipeline of candidates. We are looking for the right person.

This opportunity is for an established agent who wants a stronger platform and a supportive team behind them. You have a book of business, genuine relationships within the community, and a proven ability to create your own opportunities. You are comfortable walking into a luxury listing appointment with confidence while representing the reputation The McGuire Team has built over more than 35 years.

This is not the right fit for someone who is new to real estate, building a real estate career on the side, working part-time, or transitioning between careers. We provide meaningful support, resources, leadership, and opportunity, which we have outlined below, along with the commitment and professionalism we expect in return.

• Take listing appointments and advise clients on pricing and strategy

• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to close

• Coordinate with the team on marketing production and listing launches so your time stays with clients

• Work alongside Lori McGuire and the team's sales partners on deal strategy when it's useful to you

• Represent the team's standards in every appointment, offer, and client interaction

• Active California DRE license in good standing

• A minimum of 10 closed transactions in the current calendar year (this is a threshold, not a target)

• Full-time only, no part-time or dual-career arrangements

• Working knowledge of South Orange County, including Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano, etc.

• Prior experience working luxury or coastal price points
