We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful listing-focused business while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn how to create listing opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and meaningful conversations with homeowners. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop confidence conducting seller consultations, preparing comparative market analyses, presenting effective pricing strategies, and guiding clients through every stage of the listing process.
Through coaching, proven systems, and consistent daily activity, you will gain hands-on experience with listing presentations, negotiations, marketing strategies, transaction management, and client communication. As your skills continue to grow, you will build a steady pipeline of listing opportunities while creating a referral-based business designed for long-term success.

Responsibilities
- Lead generation
- Lead follow-up
- Database campaigns
- Set listing appointments
- Close listing appointments
- Close sales
- Sales talk mastery
- Follow the plan
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- A real estate license is required
- Good communication
- Sales experience
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Has a real estate license
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Compensation
$150,000/year
