• Process Mastery: Implement systems to ensure every listing is compliant and documented.
• Client Connection: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing "white-glove" updates.
• Logistics Lead: Manage property previews, lockboxes, and our moving truck calendar.
• System Integrity: Handle FlexMLS entry and collaborate with marketing for high-impact launches.

• Experience: 1+ years in real estate (Listing Management or Admin preferred).
• Tech Stack: Mastery of SkySlope, FlexMLS, and ZipForms is required. Lofty CRM experience is a major plus.
• The SMART Factor: Superior, Motivated, Articulate, Reliable, and Trustworthy.
• Credentials: A Real Estate License is a plus, but excellence is a must.
