Responsibilities

  • Convert motivated seller leads into signed listings, guiding prospects smoothly from first contact to committed client
  • Lead pricing consultations and compelling marketing presentations that help sellers confidently make informed decisions
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from listing to close, ensuring a clear, professional, and stress-free experience
  • Provide a high-touch, client-first experience that builds trust, referrals, and long-term relationships
  • Engage in weekly training and accountability sessions to continuously sharpen your skills and performance
  • Leverage our full tech stack—CRM, automation, and lead management tools—to stay organized and maximize efficiency
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team by sharing knowledge, supporting others, and celebrating wins together

  • Full-Time Agents

  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry
  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
