- Meet with home buyers and learn about their goals, needs, and timeline
- Help buyers search for and evaluate homes
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Educate clients throughout the home-buying process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Guide buyers from their initial consultation through closing
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and leads
- Use our CRM and systems to manage your pipeline and appointments
- Provide an exceptional client experience that creates referrals and repeat business
- Participate in team meetings, coaching, and sales training
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in listing or sales preferred
- Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused mindset
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Has a real estate license
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
