What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll help homeowners successfully sell their properties while building a thriving real estate business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct listing consultations with prospective sellers
  • Deliver professional listing presentations
  • Develop pricing and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate offers and contracts
  • Guide sellers through the listing and closing process
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams

  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

  • Licensed Real Estate Agents in Florida
  • Strong communicators and relationship builders

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry

  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
