Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us.   • Meet with motivated buyers who are actively looking to purchase
  • Conduct buyer consultations
  • Show homes and schedule property tours
  • Write and negotiate purchase contracts
  • Guide clients through the buying process
  • Maintain communication and follow-up using our CRM
  • Participate in team coaching and training
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
  • Full-time commitment to real estate
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Motivated to increase production and income
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
