We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful buyer-focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals.

You will learn how to guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process, from the initial consultation and property search through negotiations and closing. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your communication skills, conduct property showings, identify buyer needs, and provide exceptional service throughout each transaction.

Through coaching, proven systems, and consistent daily activity, you will gain hands-on experience with lead generation, buyer consultations, follow-up, contract negotiations, and transaction management. As your confidence and experience grow, you will continue developing a referral-based business while building the skills needed for long-term success in real estate.

Responsibilities

Team Sales
Buyer lead follow-up
Buyer lead generation
Closing sales
Objection handler mastery
Set buyer appointments
Sales talk mastery

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Qualifications

Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
Good communication
Sales experience

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Compensation

$165,000/year
