We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent to join our team in Henderson, NV.

The successful candidate will work to find properties that match the needs and budget of their buyers and then work to negotiate the best deal for that buyer. The right person will have a good knowledge of the local market and will be able to help buyers with the entire purchasing process.

This position requires someone with an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for helping others realize their dream of owning a home. If you possess these qualities, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The candidate will need to be detail-oriented and very tech-savvy as well. Proficiency in MLS Fusion and Follow-Up Boss is preferred.

We are looking for someone driven and eager for this opportunity. This is a fast-paced and nonstop environment with earning potential. Huge opportunity to break into the residential real estate business. The perfect candidate will be able to work 40+ hours per week, Monday - Sunday. We need a fast learner and someone who works well and efficiently under pressure and is ready to jump in and start selling property as soon as possible.

• Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs

• Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs

• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases

• Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers

• A current Real Estate License in the state of NV preferred

• Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

• Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations

• Some weekend and evening hours required
