What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent, you’ll work with qualified buyers, manage your pipeline, and guide clients from consultation through closing.

• Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the home-buying process

• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Manage leads, appointments, and your sales pipeline using our CRM and proven systems

• Deliver exceptional customer service that generates referrals and repeat business

• Host team open houses and work assigned buyer leads

• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training
