Compensation and Opportunity

This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity with compensation determined by transaction source and our established commission structure.

We provide company-generated opportunities, training, and support designed to help agents build production without carrying the full burden of traditional prospecting and business development.

Actual earnings depend on individual performance, transaction volume, and commission amounts. Company-generated appointments are not guaranteed in any specific quantity.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective homebuyers through company-generated appointments and other opportunities.

• Conduct buyer consultations, identify client needs, and build lasting relationships.

• Show properties and help clients make confident purchasing decisions.

• Prepare and negotiate offers and guide clients through the purchase process.

• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up.

• Keep accurate, timely records in our CRM.

• Participate in training, coaching, and team accountability programs.

• Deliver the exceptional client experience that defines Tami Holmes Realty.

What We're Looking For

• An active Ohio real estate salesperson license is required.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to sales.

• Availability to accommodate buyer appointments, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• The ability to stay organized, follow through, and manage multiple clients.

• Willingness to learn and follow established systems and procedures.

• A positive response to coaching, feedback, and accountability.

• The ability to begin onboarding promptly.

Real estate transaction experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed agents with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
