• Meet with prospective buyers to learn about their objectives, preferences, and financial parameters while identifying properties that align with their needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers through consistent outreach and follow-up via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
• Support clients throughout the entire purchasing journey, from the initial consultation and property search through negotiations and closing.
• Prepare, organize, and oversee essential transaction documents, including buyer representation agreements, purchase contracts, disclosures, and related paperwork.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses, helping buyers explore available homes and gain familiarity with local communities.
• Work closely with sellers, real estate professionals, lenders, title companies, and other transaction partners to facilitate a smooth and successful closing.

• Applicants must reside and work within Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish fluency is preferred and a plus
• An active real estate license is required or candidates should be actively working toward obtaining their license.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not required.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with a genuine focus on providing excellent customer service.
