Advise customers on buying homes by providing expertise in home searching, real estate contracts, real estate financing, negotiation, inventory, and other market insights.

• Conduct showings, write offers, and oversee the closing process
• Meet vetted buyers and sellers on appointments set up by our in-house inside sales team
• Generate leads by conducting open houses, calling cold and warm leads, community networking, social media, and email marketing
• Attend weekly sales team meetings, training, and accountability meetings
• Meet minimum prospecting goals - prospecting includes contacting warm and cold leads, social media posting, networking, and conducting open houses
• Meet minimum sales goals including obtainment of client agreements, showing homes, and closing contracts
• Manage leads and follow-up using Customer Relationship Management technology
• Track sales activity using sales efficiency tools
