Inside Sales Agent - Salary + Commission

We are one of the top real estate teams in Tennessee, and we are hiring an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). This is in our Knoxville office must be willing to commute if you are not local. Our marketing brings in hundreds of buyers and sellers every month who call us first. Your job is to follow up with those warm leads, find out what they need, and book them with one of our outside sales agents, who take the client all the way to closing.

No cold calling, no open houses, no showing homes, and no listings to manage. You get a phone, a steady stream of qualified leads, a proven script, and coaching every day.

Pay is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, salary plus commission.

This is not for someone looking for a shortcut, and it is not for someone who has never sold anything. The people who do well here have a real track record in phone sales, are organized and coachable, and could earn a good living anywhere. They choose this seat because they want set hours, one clear job, and steady pay.

• Follow up on inbound buyer and seller leads by phone and text (no cold calls)

• Qualify each lead on motivation, timeframe, and price

• Book and confirm appointments for our outside sales agents

• Hit daily call and weekly appointment goals using our proven scripts

• Log every conversation in our CRM the same day

• Join the daily huddle and weekly call coaching

• A proven track record in phone sales, inside sales, a call center, a car dealership BDC, insurance, or real estate

• Confident and warm on the phone, and quick to bounce back after a no

• Willing to check your ego at the door and represent the team

• Organized and comfortable with a CRM

• Able to work a hybrid schedule with regular time in our Knoxville office

• A real estate license is a plus but not required
