- Keep More of Your Commission: We encourage you to compare your current split and fee structure. We offer transparent paths designed to maximize agent profitability, including opportunities featuring a no referral fee structure on specific pipelines.
- Physical Hubs for Collaboration: Work, train, and meet clients out of our 5 physical office locations across Southern California: Newport Beach, Downey, Chino, Woodland Hills, and Victorville.
Who You Are
- An active real estate professional with verified experience converting Zillow Preferred or similar live-transfer, high-intent platforms like Redfin, Rev Op, KBB etc.
- An agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to leverage a CRM to maintain a high conversion rate.
- A professional who is generally satisfied with working high-intent leads but keeps an open mind to discovering better technology, stronger support, and improved take-home economics.
Responsibilities
What We Expect:
- List and Sell Residential Real Estate: Showcase your expertise in listing and selling homes, guiding clients through every step of the process.
- Negotiate Purchase Agreements and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate terms that align with the interests of both buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Provide a Strong Listing Value Proposition: Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations that highlight the unique value you bring to sellers.
- Consult and Guide Clients: Offer expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
- Work Hard for Clients: Dedicate yourself fully to clients, and enjoy the rewards that come from their satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Must have an Active Real Estate License.
- Must reside in or around the Downey, CA office to attend training and meetings.
- Willingness to engage in a 1-week training program designed for success.
- A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.
- Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
- Full-time (No Part-time) availability to both buyers and sellers as leads come in.
Compensation
$80,000 - $250,000/year
