This includes managing onboarding, developing training materials, recording sessions, and conducting regular training sessions. • Develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and record training materials for future reference.

• Stay updated with training best practices and industry trends.

• Previous experience in training and development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
• Ability to create comprehensive training materials and manuals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Stable internet connection (preferably 50+ Mbps).
• Noise-canceling headset.
• Work on EST timezone.
• Comfortable on screen sharing during shift.
