We’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to help clients navigate the home-buying and selling process.

Our team provides access to qualified leads, including Zillow Flex leads and appointments set by our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs). You’ll also have access to technology, training, and team support to help you manage your pipeline and guide clients from the initial conversation through closing.

Responsibilities

“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Qualifications

Organized and manages time effectively
Past sales experience is preferred
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission
