• Participate in training, coaching, business planning, and team meetings

• Continue building your personal brand, database, and referral network

• Contribute positively to DoorLife's collaborative team culture

• Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license or currently working toward obtaining your license

• Motivated to grow your real estate production and income

• Willing to consistently prospect and develop relationships

• Relationship-focused with a genuine desire to help people
