What You’ll Do

• Understand sellers’ needs and goals
• Meet with homeowners to discuss selling their properties
• Prepare homes for listing and recommend pricing strategies
• Guide sellers through the listing process
• Prepare and negotiate listing agreements and offers
• Assist clients from consultation through closing
• Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems
• Build referrals through great client service
• Attend sales training, coaching, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Listing or sales experience preferred
• Skilled in market analysis and pricing
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused
