The Carol Royse Team is a third-generation real estate team in Tempe, AZ, and we're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our buyer team. Our marketing runs on radio, Google, Zillow, and 18 listing systems, so the phones ring and our ISAs book appointments for you. No cold calling, no buying leads, no marketing budget out of your pocket. You meet motivated buyers, follow our proven VIP Buyer System, and help them home. You'll get hands-on training, scripts, transaction coordinators, and an in-house lender backing every deal. If you want to spend your time in front of clients instead of chasing them, this role is for you.

• Meet pre-set buyer appointments from our ISAs, Zillow, sign calls, and open houses

• Present our VIP Buyer Presentation and sign clients to our VIP Buyer Agreement

• Show 2-3 great homes and move buyers to an offer within 72 hours

• Write offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through closing with our transaction coordinators

• Follow up with every client and update the CRM the same day

• Attend weekly team training, roleplay, and our VIP Buyer Bootcamp

• Active Arizona real estate license

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system

• Strong communicator in person and on the phone

• Organized, responsive, and committed to same-day follow-up

• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to grow your income

• Available evenings and weekends as clients need

• Reliable transportation
