What You’ll Do

• Meet with buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments
• Guide clients from consultation to closing
• Conduct property showings and listing presentations
• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up through CRM
• Partner with the Inside Sales Team to convert opportunities
• Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals
• Stay current on local market trends

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required
